Miller Paving Corporation was founded by Dean Miller in 1965. The company remains family-owned, now led by his son Dale Miller and wife Stacy. Company headquarters are located in Spring Valley, California and house our office staff, maintenance shop, and fleet yard. The company-owned fleet of equipment is maintained by our professional mechanics on a daily basis.
